Let me tell you, their web site is not a site designer's creative dream. It's simple with not many bells and whistles. At the top right hand side of the page are various tabs you can search through or, you can search through a couple of pull down menus. It's functional and pretty intuitive. You just won't ooooh and ahhhhhh! over how pretty the set up is.

Selecting what I wanted to buy was easy. And checking out was just as easy. They even give you a choice to create an account, just in case you want to check on the status of your order or keep track of things you've purchased in the past.

Prices and Shipping
The pricing on the products is pretty average. I didn't find anything that made me gasp. They seem to be in line with other vendors. One thing though that did stand out for me was the shipping costs. No matter what you order, or how much you order, they only charge you $4.95 for shipping. Since I ordered many items, I thought that the shipping was a bargain.

I corresponded with Customer Service once. It was to thank them for the speedy arrival of my bulky package. It arrived in two days. Two days folks. I can send mail from my house to the house two blocks away and it takes longer to get here :). The nice part was - I didn't get a form letter. I received a reply from a real person who seemed to be able to write replies for themselves. YAY!

Quality of the Products
I can't tell you exactly what I bought because there might be individuals reading this who are going to be the recipients of what I ordered. The shirts I ordered - both t-shirts and sweatshirts were well made. None of that thin, icky, non-quality stuff. The other thing I was impressed with is that the sizes I ordered are the sizes I got. You know, how you order a large and you end up getting an extra-small?! This seems to happen with products that are not of a good quality. But not here!

This isn't a perfect merchant but it's darn close. While I should only rate this four stars due to the appearance of the web site, I just can't bring myself to do so. In the end, I don't care about what the web site looks like. If I can get around easily and they have really cool merchandise, I'll continue to go back time and time again!
