Reviews : Review written by Martha I recently made a purchase from this website, so I just wanted to share my experience with all of you. Anyway, I was looking for this cheese called Old Amsterdam. Its an extra aged Gouda from Holland which I fell in love with the first time I tried it. I couldn't find this cheese in any of the markets near my home, so I went online. I really didn't want to purchase any type of food online, out of a safety issue, but I had to have my cheese, so I checked anyway. I wanted to find a large and reputable store to buy from and that led me to igourmet.com. When I first came across igourmet.com, I was very impressed by the way the site was presented. While browsing through the online store, I felt lie I was on a gourmet food vacation being transported to different countries. Because of the well-organized arrangement, in no time I found the cheese that I was looking for, as well as several others that seemed deliciously tantalizing! The cheeses are sold by the pound or as samples. I was so impressed by their selection that couldn't resist purchasing several different cheese samples! I've never purchase food via mail order, so I was slightly hesitant to place my order. After reading their store guarantee for freshness though, I went through with my purchase and within a week I was grubbin down my Old Amsterdam cheese! I was very impressed
by the fast shipping AND the high quality of the product. It was shipped in
a temperature tight cooler to provide excellent freshness! I recommend this
store to anyone who can't find their favorite gourmet food at a local store!
