IIf you are like me, and do not have a brick and mortar Sephora store in your area, I've heard we are missing out on something. Fear not, for now Sephora.com is online for the pleasure of us all.
Sephora.com sells high end cosmetics, fragrances, beauty tools, and spa products from big and trendy names such as BeneFit, Stila, Ahava and Chanel, just to name a very few. Suffice it to say, if you've seen it in a department store, it's likely to be here. Sephora also offers their own line of cosmetics and bath products at considerably less expensive prices as well.

Navigation-
I've found navigation at this site to be only real downfall. The search function seems to be easy to confuse and I rarely get what I want without browsing extensively. I also dislike the layout of all the products in a big, long monotonous row. I'd give this site 5 stars instead of 4 if the search function allowed more specificity in narrowing things down.

Hold on to your wallets folks! Sephora.com is anything but cheap, but to be fair they are selling high-end cosmetics and accessories here. They would run you the same pretty penny anywhere you bought them.

The "other" guys should sit up and pay attention! Sephora.com does it right. What's risky about buying cosmetics online? Well, the obvious is that you won't like your product or the color. Sephora offers a refund for just those reasons, really taking the risk out of purchasing cosmetics online.
The site also offers ample customer service options easily locatable on it's site. Find answers to your frequently asked questions, locate a customer service number or ask an expert for advice.

Sephora.com goes above and beyond in the little extras department. Every order I've ever received has come chock full of samples (great stocking stuffers by the way). A $5.00 gift certificate for my next purchase (which keeps me coming back, as it pays for my shipping). Free gift packaging is also available with any order. You may pick from a black velvet-like pouch or a signature Sephora box with tissue, and a boa-like puff on top.

In a day and age when most online companies seem to be doing all they can to cut corners, Sephora.com seems to be a cut above the rest. I have never had a problem spending waaay too much money here, and in a gift giving pinch my dear hubby can always purchase a gift certificate (hint-hint).
